CONDITIONS

​

• Capacity: the house is rented in its entirety, with a maximum capacity of 8 people. Under no circumstances may a greater number of accommodations be accommodated than the maximum (excluding babies).

• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required and will be returned upon departure, if everything is correct.

• Cancellations: the reservation can be cancelled free of charge, up to 7 days before the date of arrival, except for discounted offers ("non-refundable" rates).

• Electricity: in order to achieve responsible use, the amount of the rent does not include the electricity cost for heating or air conditioning. Consumption will be billed additionally at the end of the stay, if used.

• Parking: free parking is available for up to four cars.

• WIFI: there is free WIFI throughout the house.

• Animals: Animals are not allowed.

• Chimney: It is not allowed to make a fire in the fireplace.

• Towels: One bath towel and one hand towel are provided per person.

• Smoking: smoking is not allowed inside the house, but smoking is allowed on the terraces and outside garden.

• Damage: If you have caused any damage, please report it to the property before the end of your stay

• Cleaning: the hallway cupboard has cleaning utensils

• Trash: You need to separate trash into three parts: Packaging & Plastic, Glass, and Organic. Collection bins are located on the outside of the

• Tourism: in the hall you will find tourist brochures of the town and the region.

• Barbecue: you will find everything you need for a barbecue and the cushions of the gazebo.

• Fire: there are smoke detectors in the kitchen and living room. If they are triggered, they should turn off the smoke source and wait for the alarm to cease. Next to the door is the fire extinguisher. There are also hazard lights.

• Guests: guests or people outside the reservation are not allowed to stay. If necessary, stays without a bedroom can be arranged for 50% of the booking price.

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Check-out: until 12:00 noon

• At the entrance and exit, we will be there personally to explain everything and give you the keys.

• We provide you with two sets of keys with two keys each. The smallest key is from the metal outer door. The largest wooden front door (to always open with the teeth down and clockwise). Rear door locks from the inside without a key

• On arrival, it is essential that the person who has made the reservation identifies themselves properly (ID or Passport), shows the credit card with which the reservation was made and signs the rental contract.

• You can extend your stay from 12:00 and check out until 17:00 with a supplement of 30% of the price of the day. Check availability in advance.
